The Geospatial Analytics unit of eRKC of the HSRC will host a ½ day symposium on 8 February 2024, which will include presentations by delegates from the HSRC and the Harvard Center for Geographic Analysis.
The symposium will discuss spatiotemporal data analysis and case studies for application across various fields including:
• public health;
• big data and social media data analysis in social sciences;
• remote sensing applications in social sciences;
• environmental science; and
• statistical analysis using machine learning algorithms and its applications in social sciences.
The symposium offers an excellent opportunity for participants to network, collaborate, and further develop their domain knowledge and leadership skills.
