The spatial thinking ability of individuals employed in the Geospatial information industry. An invite for participation.

Sanet Carow is a lecturer at the Geography Department of Unisa. She has more than 20 years of experience teaching in tertiary education. She is responsible for teaching and learning GIS and developing new GIS-related modules at Unisa. Sanet holds a PhD in Geography from Unisa and an MSc in Geoinformatics from the University of Pretoria. Her research interests include spatial thinking, teaching through open distance and e-learning, and GIS education in other African countries, focusing on tertiary institutions. Other research interests include spatial analysis and accessibility studies
