See your Region's page, in this case http://gissa.org.za/regions/gissa-gauteng and email the secretary or find a contact in the committee list. Leaving a comment on the website is unlikely to get the response you need.

To join GISSA just click the 'Join GISSA' image on the home page and submit the form. Then your regional committee will communicate with you about paying your membership fee. To contact your regional committee go to your Region's page.
